The 1st ODI of UAE tour of Zimbabwe will begin on April 10 at Harare Sports Club, Harare.
After winning the practice match, UAE will also look to start the ODI series with win.
Zimbabwe Team
With Craig Ervine, Brian Chari, Sean Williams and Sikandar Raza in their team, Zimbabwe batting seems to be pretty well balanced side. These are world class batsmen and can push the scoring for Zim against UAE. With the kind of batting skills these Zimbabwe batsmen have, there are less changes that they are going to find any difficulties to score against UAE bowling lineup.
Tendai Chatara, Kyle Jarvis and Chris Mpofu will collectively provide strength to Zim with their bowling in this 1st ODI match against UAE.
UAE Team
Ashfaq Ahmed batted exceptionally well and made 131 runs not out, in 144 balls in the practice match. Ghulam Shabbir also started well by making 40 runs. Chirag Suri and CP Rizwan disappointed with the bat. These batsmen need to look forward and exploit the conditions to make some runs.
Mohammad Naveed, Qadeer Ahmed and Imran Haider will handle the duty of bowling for UAE. These bowler will be expected to put brakes on Zimbabwe batsmen early on.
